I find the amazing tips from Amal Totkay Growth mindset that how I can have a great idea and mindset of promoting my own small startup. And by having these fellowship guidelines I have learned a lot how can I be able to think over my ideas by finding the why and having a self-talk and come up with an innovative idea. I develop a self-power of defining I can do this, I got this. Other than that how to put yourself into challenges and situations to learn and getting out of my comfort zone and it will put my mind in developing a higher mindset. By having that mindset I have to work on my ideas, move from fixed to growth mindset and start to learn from my day to day achievements and upgrading the mindset.by having my own des I may also have to ask for feedback from the people around me giving me better functioning and reasoning. And the other way to experiment my own idea by keeping them within my habits and start to act on them that how can I deal with the conditions that I’m going to face after that. This can eventually led to improvement and confidence.

The favorite tip that helps me to make it appreciable is to getting out my comfort zone. By having a growth mindset thinking out of the box and doing something innovative. But also relating to that by having your own ideas there should refinement from the people around you maybe they can have a better idea of improving and interaction with outside people will also increase, so I started working on this tip to break the ice and ask people for help.

To develop a growth mindset there are different ways u can have to work firstly on accepting your flaws and imperfections, stop seeking the approval because when you prioritize approval over learning, you sacrifice your own potential for growth. Replace the word ‘Failing’ with ‘Learning’, try to understand that when you make a mistake or fall short of a goal, you haven’t failed; you’ve learned and the last but not the least place effort before talent because Hard work should always be rewarded before inherent skill.
